Jelonyx Returns & Exchanges.
The problem
Merchants set return rules and find out they are broken when customers actually use them. Refunds go out automatically before anyone reviews the request, and there is no simple public page where customers can submit a return without contacting support.
What we built
A Preview mode lets merchants scan past orders against their rules before going live. Customers submit returns via a standalone portal at /apps/returns using their order number and email - no account required. Merchants review and approve each claim manually before any transaction is processed.
