Is this remote or in person?
Completely remote and asynchronous. We hold a kick-off session to align, and then you send us brief videos of your current work, spreadsheets, or log-ins. We map the leaks, outline the fixes, and write the code without disrupting your team's day-to-day work.
Do I own the system after delivery?
You receive the agreed custom code and handoff materials, with integrations configured under your accounts where appropriate. Any required third-party services, subscriptions, or API fees are identified in the approved scope.
What if the diagnostic doesn't find anything useful?
If we audit your processes and find that your current setup is already highly optimized, we'll tell you honestly. You keep the action plan anyway, and we won't quote you for a custom build.
How long does a custom build project take?
A custom build typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Because we scope the project down to solve a single operational drag point first, we build high-utility, reliable software quickly and cleanly.
Do you work with non-technical owners?
